Abstract: Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLSPM) is an approach introduced by Herman Wold [1;2]. It is defined as an estimation method for composite based path modeling. According to the most recent literature , PLSPM has a number of interesting features great flexibility, no assumption of normality required on data and can be used to estimate relationships between latent variables with several indicators when sample size is small .
