Abstract: The quadratic cost used by Lenhart [1] allows to minimize a spatiotemporal speed and to control a contaminant modeled by a one-dimensional bilinear equation. Joshi [2] studies the same problem using more regular optimal control. Zerrik and Ould Sidi [3-4], Zine and Ould Sidi [5-6] extend these problems to the regional cases, obtaining very important results and applications.
