Abstract: Cancer is a disease where some of the cells within the body divide continuously due to mutation in genes and they form tumor. To eradicate this dangerous disease we can treat it by oncolytic virotherapy, which uses programmed viruses to attack malignant growth cells without harming normal cells. In this work, we propose an ordinary differential equations system to describe the dynamics of cancer treatment with oncolytic viruses and adaptive immunity.
