Abstract: Observability is one of the most essential problems in the domain of control theory, it consists of finding and reconstructing the initial state of a given system. This concept has been widely developed and possesses a huge literature. The goal of this presentation is to find and reconstruct the initial state of a time fractional semilinear system, with Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative, in a desired subregion of the evolution domain, this is what we call regional observability.
