Abstract: These few later years, the flow of air traffic movements has been increasing in a significant way which has been worsening the congestion issue in the departure holding points especially in busy aerodromes. From another hand, many Air Navigation Service Provider ANSPs still follow the First Come First Served FCFS method which mainly contributes in the congestion issue and sometimes affects other aircrafts and generates undesirable delays, hence the need of an intelligent management tool such as the Departure Manager DMAN.
