Abstract: In this paper, we study the Cauchy problem of the fractional drift-diffusion system. By using the Fourier localization argument and the Littlewood Paley theory, we get the local well-posedness for large initial data in critical Fourier-Besov-Morrey space , Moreover, if the initial data is sufficiently small then the solution is global.
