Abstract: Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a set of statistical techniques that grant relationships between several variables [1-2]. SEM has been divided into two major approaches: (a) Covariance-based approach also known as LISREL approach [3-5] and (b) variance-based approach also known as PLS Path modeling (PLS-PM) [6-8]. LISREL is based on the fundamental hypothesis that the covariance matrix of the observed variables can be reproduced by the model parameters.
