Abstract: This paper is mainly concerned with existence of mild solution for a neutral functionnal integrodiferential inclusion with finit delay. The results are bobtained by using a fixedpoint theoreme for condensing multivalued maps. This paper is motivated by the recents results of [1] and BENCHOHRA [3]. Here we compose the above results and prove the existence of mild solution for our probleme, relying on a fixed point theorem for condensing maps due to Martelli [4].
