Abstract: In this work, we present some new constraint qualifications, which will be used to characterize the strong duality and the stable strong duality for a composite convex programming problem with data uncertainty in locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces. Moreover, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the total and converse dualities.
