Abstract: Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), known also as chronic myeloid leukemia, is a type of cancer characterized by the excessive proliferation of blood cells in the blood and the bone marrow . Many studies have been performed to understand the dynamics of CML (see, e.g., [1,2,3,4,5]). In this communication, we study a mathematical model describing the dynamics of hematopoietic stem cell population in the chronic myeloid leukemia.
