Abstract: We consider a dynamic contact problem in which the material's behavior is modelled with an electro-viscoelastic constitutive law, the frictionless contact is modelled with the normal compliance and the electric conditions are supposed almost perfect. In the present work we focus on numerical simulations of the contact model introduced by Denche et al. [1].
